What? Jennifer Aniston has always been the pretty, natural-looking funny lady since her earliest days on our TV screens. But even she’s been under the knife in her younger days, for a mostly medical reason. She told James Lipton in an Inside the Actor’s Studio interview that a baseball had hit her in the nose and led to a deviated septum (anyone else remember that episode of “The Brady Bunch?”). The nose job fixed her septum, and allowed her to “sleep like a baby,” but also helped Jen get a slimmer, more TV-friendly nose. Call it a positive side effect.
